An ideal candidate should meet the below criteria: • Education: Bachelors or Masters in HR • Experience: 1 to 3 years in the field of Recruitment. Required Skills: • Should have an understanding of recruiting blue collar staff. • Phone Skills, Recruiting, Interviewing Skills, People Skills, Supports Diversity, Employment Law, Results Driven, Professionalism, Organization, Project Management, Judgment. • Good command over Microsoft Office. Job Description: • Recruitment Executive will be frequently travelling to different terminals all over Pakistan conducting interviews; shortlisting, recruiting staff. • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport. • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
